【Career Chat】2 Year Milestone at Intel

Today I reached my two-year milestone with Intel Corporation.

Upon graduating from The University of Texas at Austin, the only thing I was certain about my career was starting in the tech industry, other than that I was flexible (or clueless) like most recent graduates.

My dad was an engineer in the semiconductor industry throughout his career, so naturally I was exposed to Moore’s Law early on. Nonetheless, taking on this journey through a financial lens has been nothing but eye opening.

Fast forward two years, I partnered with many people who shared Intel’s core values- the innovation, the willingness to challenge the status quo, and also making it an inclusive environment for others to grow and thrive.

If there is one unique takeaway thus far, it would be the art of saying no and the relentless pursuit of “focus”. Your time, energy, and resources can only accomplish so much. It’s critical to consciously choose the most important tasks and ensure the highest quality.

I want to thank everyone for the support and special shoutout to my team! Looking forward to more opportunities and challenges!
